Paintings & Murals

Holly's love for watercolor started at an early age and she finds continuing fascination in the medium.

Holly generally works in  transparent watercolor on paper. She also designs and creates original murals in water media for homes and businesses.

As an art workshop presenter Holly enjoys helping students fully realize their natural artistic talent.

Holly studied art at the University of Kansas, and has participated in numerous painting workshops in the U.S., Mexico and Italy with internationally recognized artists including Frank Webb, Arnie Westerman, Tom Hill, Jim Kosvanec, Joseph Fettingis, Harley Brown, Don Andrews, Jerry Ellis, Skip Lawrence, Joseph Bohler, C.W. Mundy, Frank Francese, Alex Powers, Judi Wagner, Christopher Schink, Carl Dalio, Ken Hosmer, Judi Bettts, and Nita Leland.

Holly is co-founder and past president of the Saint Louis Watercolor Society. In addition to individual and group exhibits, her work has been displayed in shops and galleries including Gallerie Bleux (Austin, TX), St. Louis Artists' Guild, The Monday Club, Studio Art West, St. Peter's Cultural Arts Center, Creative Gallery, Norton Gallery, CJ Muggs Restaurant, Apple of Your Eye Giftshop, and Gifted Hands (St. Louis, MO). She was invited to design the holiday greeting card for St. Louis Children's Hospital for 3 consecutive years. She has participated in numerous juried shows and received awards for her artwork.
Beginner watercolor classes are now forming.
